Last night we decided to camp out in the back yard. We got the tent set up made our beds and started the fire. Lola loves s'mores. So much that she had to take hers with her on the swing. When it was time to go inside to get on our pj's Riley decided that she didnt really like sleeping outside and just wanted to sleep in her bed. So we packed up and moved back inside! Oh well maybe next time!
Ninja did the same thing when we tried to camp in our back yard. We tried twice in preparation for our first "real" camping trip (a family reunion where we would be sleeping in tents at a family members large place in idaho, we had access to a house for bathrooms etc, but everyone stayed outside in tents on their acreage). I was worried,cuz we never did make it through the night in the backyard (never more than an hour hanging out in the tent after dark really) but he did fine once we got there, and now he asks to set the tent up in the backyard all the time. :)
